摘　要

北钢2~#高炉封炉33天,送风后近32h恢复正常生产,整个过程避免了炉凉烧坏事故,本文对这次休复风操作进行了总结,并分析了全开风口送风等恢复炉况的方法。

Abstract

Long term blowing-down for 33 day was carried out because of plan overhaul at Beiman Special Steel's No.2 BF,after reblowing it took nearly 32 hours to achieve the BF normal condition,the operation had avoided the burn-out of tuyere accident in the entire process.This essay summarizes the blowing-down and reblowing operation,analyzes the methods of resuming BF condition,such as reblowing with opening all tuyeres and so on.
