摘　要

本文研究了影响20Mn_2链条钢用坯夹杂物的主要来源和控制措施,从转炉终点控制、精炼控制、连铸浇注工艺、耐材优化等方面开展工作,使20Mn_2铸坯有了明显的提高,保证20Mn_2链条钢质量能够满足各链条厂的质量要求。

Abstract

In this paper,the main sources and control measures of 20Mn_2 steel blank inclusions are studied. The working conditions of 20Mn_2 slab are obviously improved from the converter end point control,refining control,casting casting process and material resistance optimization.,To ensure that the quality of 20Mn_2 chain steel to meet the quality requirements of the chain plant.
