提升喷煤产量与工艺改进

摘　要: 随着高炉冶炼技术的高速发展,炼铁厂生产产能大幅度提高,为降低炼铁成本,高炉冶炼降低焦耗采取喷煤制粉,所以提高喷煤的台时产量就是制粉工重中之重的任务。通过对粗粉分离器调节装置的功能修复,烟气炉空燃比的调节,喷煤制粉系统密封情况进行检查、改善等一系列技术改进,从而完善喷煤工艺。

Abstract: with the rapid development of blast furnace smelting technology,greatly improve the production capacity of ironmaking plant,in order to reduce the cost and reduce the consumption of coke in blast furnace smelting by pulverized coal production is the same,the task priority among priorities so to improve coal injection in taiwan. Through a series of technical improvements,such as the function repair of the coarse powder separator,the adjustment of the air fuel ratio of the flue gas furnace,the inspection and improvement of the sealing condition of the pulverized coal injection system,the technological development of the coal injection has been improved.
